LSA Stripe Bulb Vase, Black and White

Bold black and white bands sweep around this low, rounded vase, a nod to the optical art of Bridget Riley and Victor Vasarely. On a console or a dining table it reads as much like a sculpture as a vase.

Each piece is mouth-blown: black and white glass rods are fused into the molten glass before it is shaped, so the stripes fall a little differently on every vase and no two are exactly alike. Its wide body suits generous, low arrangements, or simply leave it empty and let the stripes do the work.
