1. Does The WEIBI deliver?
Our products are available for delivery to 
the Miami Area only. We can ship most of our gifts worldwide! Shipping and Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
2. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We are able to ship most of our gifts (except otherwise noted) to all 50 states.
3. Do you ship overseas?
Yes we are able to ship most of our gifts (except otherwise noted) worldwide! Just enter your address at checkout and use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend DHL for shipping outside 
the US
4. What if I want to pick up my order?
Pick-up options are available only for Miami orders only. Choose this option at checkout.
5. What is your shipping policy?
Most of our orders are processed and shipped out on 
the next business day. Please note shipping times are estimates given to us by third party shipping companies and are as accurate as they can keep to their schedule. Around holiday times and other busy times of year, we can expect slight delays. So make sure to order ahead of time if you need your order to arrive as a gift for an important occasion.
You can always order ahead of time and advise when you need your order delivered, We will do our best to plan for it to arrive exactly at the right time. Just leave us a comment at check out to schedule the date (and time if your order is for a Miami Address) for your delivery!
6. What if I don't want to wait for delivery?
Miami local pick-ups are available if you don't want to wait for delivery.
We always recommend planning and placing your order ahead of time. We understand its not always the case, but we will do our best to accommodate all of your needs. Please bear in mind that USPS, UPS or FEDEX delivery timing is out of our control. If you need to rush your order make sure you select the right option at checkout.
